USE DIRECTIONS:
Maximum heating times for hot n' cold products (do not exceed microwave times): neckwraps 3 minutes, eye pads 20 seconds, mitts/pads 3 minutes, Kat Sak 20 seconds. Allow to cool before re-heating (minimum 1 hour). Recommended to keep stored in freezer when not in use - to rehydrate seeds and add moisture to product. After 3 heatings in one day alternate with another unit, and store in freezer or cool place. Warning: not following these directions could lead to a potential fire hazard because with each use you lose some moisture. You can sprinkle some cold water on the product before heating to assist in rehydrating lost moisture.

DISPOSABLE LIFE CYCLE:
The normal life cycle with regular use is six months. To extend life to one year keep stored in freezer when not in use, this will allow the seeds to re-hyrate themselves, using the moisture from your ice and frost in the freezer. When product no longer provides moist heat open the fabric and feed the birds the seeds, the remains will breakdown naturally in the land fill.

Suggested uses:

Directions:
Heat therapy:(Microwave) Place on paper towel in microwave and heat on high for 3 min. CAUTION: Microwave power differs. Touch test the product with your hand for 1 min. If it is to hot for comfort, let cool until it reaches comfortable warmth. Heat therapy will last up to 40 min. or more.

To Reheat: Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Conventional oven: Wrap in foil ,seal edges, heat on cookie sheet at 225 (preheated)degrees for 15 min. Cold Therapy:
Place product in sealed bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Cold therapy will last approximately 30 min. or more. The product is suggested to be stored in freezer - to assist in re-hydrating the seeds.

Tip:
For extra mobility, choose products with handles or secure to body by loosely wrapping an ACE bandage around product and body area.

CARE:
1. Never wash the inner part of the product. Only the outer sleeve is washable - by using a spray cleaner.
2.Always protect furniture and delicate fabrics.
3.Never heat a product that is wet in any manner.
4.Never microwave for more than 3 and a half minutes at one time.
